What if I received an incorrect/damaged item?
Contact us immediately. We will make sure your order is corrected right away.

Is your site secure?
It is our top priority to provide our customers with a safe and secure online shopping experience. We do not store any credit cart information as our focus is to prevent any identity theft. We use only the largest and most trusted companies for our financial solutions. We are proud to offer GeoTrust's 256bit secure certificate encryption and authorize.net payment gateway. We also provide password encryption for all account information.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD


How long does my order take to ship?
Processing can take 2-4 business days. Once the order is "shipped" in our system it can take up to 1 week for delivery for US residents depending on location and delivery delays out of our control.

What if I entered my billing/shipping address incorrectly and I can't change it now?
Contact us immediately. Your order may not be processed correctly until the correct information is received. This could delay your processing and shipping time.

What if I have a problem with my order?
Contact us ASAP.

I entered my shipping information wrong and my order still shipped, what happens now?
Your order may be returned to us, we will attempt to contact you for the correct shipping information via email or by phone. There may be an additional reship fee applied for this entry error. We are not responsible for entry errors made in the order process.

Garage Sale FAQ's

Where do you find your items?
We scour local garage sales, vintage stores, flea markets, thrift and antique stores to find objects and clothing that we adore. Sometimes that means spending days rifling through junk to find that one piece. We try and make unique items available to people who don't have to time to search or are in an area without options.

What does it mean if the item specifies "Final Sale"?
That means that the item cannot be returned. This usually will only be an option on Last Chance items or items that are difficult to ship.

How do I know if an item will fit?
Please check out our sizing charts. We try to be as accurate as possible. If we notice that an item isn't matched closely to the sizing chart we will note it in the description. And feel free to email us with any questions regarding size.

How do I know the condition of the item?
We adhere to our condition key. If there is notable damage but the item is still amazing we will photograph the damage and it will be included in the items photos. It will also note it in the description. If we miss something major and you no longer want the item, you can return it.

Will the item I want come back into stock?
Usually we only have one of each item in Garage Sale. This is what makes the items somewhat unique from everything else out there. It also means that the item will not be back in stock unless it is returned.

em>What does it mean when an item is on back order?
This means the item is no longer in our stock but will be again shortly. You can order these items but it will take about a week longer for you to receive the item.
